About

Simon Sealey is a recent graduate from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science Chemistry degree. A dedicated student, he was awarded the ODU’s Chemistry & Biochemistry departmental “Outstanding student in _____” awards for Analytical, Physical, and Inorganic Chemistry. He was designated the “Top Graduating Senior Chemistry Student,” for the ’25 –’26 academic year by ODU and recognized by the Hampton Roads local section of the American Chemical Society (ACS) as an “Outstanding Graduating Senior” at ODU. Each of these distinctions is awarded to only a single chemistry student each year! Beyond ODU, Simon placed among the top 1% of scorers on the ETS Major Field Test for Chemistry, a standardized test administered to graduating seniors nation-wide in all ACS accredited degree programs. For his score, he received the “Major Field Test award of distinction for excellence in all areas of chemistry”.  Outside of his coursework, Simon has always had a passion for teaching. He hopes to pass on his love for chemistry in a fun and informative way to every student who takes this course.
